UltraTech Cement Ltd., the largest cement producer in India, is set to announce its results for the first quarter of the current financial year next week. The Aditya Birla Group company has a consolidated grey cement production capacity of 192.26 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) and distributes cement and allied products through a network of over 1.4 lakh channel partners across India.

In a stock exchange filing dated June 2, UltraTech Cement announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for July 21 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Total expenses grew 15.3% YoY to Rs 20,044.49 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 17,381.09 crore in Q4FY24.
