What Happened?
The user in question claimed that they invested ₹1 lakh in Parag Parikh Mutual Fund through Groww in 2020. However, when they attempted to redeem their funds, they discovered that no investment had actually been made with the fund company. The user also alleged that Groww’s customer service was unhelpful, and that unauthorized attempts were made to access OTPs from mutual fund portals.
